Starting January 1, 2025, following the merger with AD (Affiliated Distributors), IMARK Electrical members will gain access to AD's portal for reporting, payments, and other functions for 2025. Communications with the necessary information to gain access will be provided before the end of the 2024 calendar year ahead of the transition.

In the meantime, members, suppliers, and agency reps should continue using the IMARK Electrical portal to finalize 2024 IMARK Electrical programs such as, GainShare, Gateway to Growth, Pass Thru Programs, Payment Advice, Supplier Remittance Detail and Cash Notification.

IMARK ELECTRICAL & AD JOINED FORCES

As announced on September 24, 2024, IMARK Electrical and AD have merged and IMARK Electrical has formally separated from IMARK Group. This merger of equals brought together two member-owned groups consisting of over 700 independently owned electrical distributors in the U.S. to join a new division within AD called The Independent Electrical Supply Division, U.S. (IESD).
